A. We work with a month to month agreement. We are confident enough in our results that we feel you will stay with us because of your success, not because you are forced by a contract.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Given the custom nature of our program, pricing is highly dependant upon the individual agent and his or her needs. A few of the factors that affect your investment are: size of your market, frequency of calls, number of calls, and availability of your market. It is necessary for you to work directly with a regional manager to discuss your individual needs and develop a program specifically for you in order to determine the appropriate investment. Q. How can I pay for my program?
A. CDI accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate checks.
Q. How many agents do you work with in each market?
A. Only one. The “exclusive” aspect of our marketing sets it apart from traditional advertising that provides no exclusitivity or unique leads. The exclusitivity allows you to dominate your market and set yourself apart from competition.
Q. How can I find out if my market is available?
A. Call CDI at 214-599-0065 and ask to speak with a Regional Manager. Markets are set up by zip codes so we can usually find a fit. However, many CDI customers have made us their sole source of marketing and set up multiple zip codes. So, be aware that the better markets tend to go quickly.

A. Yes. In fact, many CDI customers partner with their mortgage provider to split the cost of calls. Call us for details.
